FJPM have a strong team of internal and external designers who can assist you in bringing your concept to life. From design to prototyping to manufacture! 

FJPM are capable of manufacturing any batch size of high precision sheet metal components in ferrous or non-ferrous material from 0.05 to 10mm thick as well as Laser cutting to 20mm MS. 

As part of FJPM's service offering they can complete your project with powder coating, anodising and zinc plate finishes through their close relationships with external suppliers.  

FJPM have a dedicated team with exceptional attention to detail who can assemble and complete your products. This service does not stop with metal components, whether your product requires hardware, decals or simply to be specially boxed, FJPM have you covered.  

FJPM pride themselves on quality workmanship, so much so that they have obtained the ISO/AS9001 tick of approval.  In 1992, FJPM achieved its quality endorsed status gaining accreditation AS3902. Following our first triennial audit in 1995 by Standards Australia, the accreditation was upgraded to ISO/AS9001. 

FJPM understand that your products may need to be delivered all over the country and as a result have a fleet of vehicles which can deliver to Sydney CBD and surrounds. FJPM will also work closely with you and your transport carrier to ensure goods are ready and packed appropriately for interstate travel.
